Bad service by JetLite
- JetLite gives very bad service when it comes to check-in. Seems JetLite wants to make money from extra baggage and they will insist they something saying you have extra kilos even when you don't have extra kilos. This is my experience with JetLite Receptionist S: Sir your baggage is 24kgs .You should pay for the extra baggage (She does not tell you can reduce it) Me: It 4 kg . you allowed me while coming . Receptionist S: We have changed rules now. Me: Changed rules. From when . Receptionist S: From October 1st Me: But I have traveled the same flight from Mumbai to Goa on 21st October. Receptionist S: (Raises voice) This is the rule . Can you show me written anywhere on the ticket that more than 20kgs .You have to pay for extra kilos. Me:Thats fine . I have hardly 1kg hang bag .I can reduce ............the bag weight . Receptionist S: (Abruptly cuts my sentence . Louder voice) My company does not understand your logic of light weight hand bag. SpiceJet
- Timely flights and pleasant attendants. Since mine was a company booked ticket. I was eligible for free meal. It was a delectable chicken Tikka roll with diet Coke. No hassles in check-in or boarding. Two hour Delhi-Bombay fight was pleasant & I dosed off after my 'dinner'.

Jet Airways
- I flew Madurai - Chennai on an early morning Jet Airways flight in Feb 2010 and everything was on time. I miss India terribly.

Experiences
- I have flown on Jet Airways, Kingfisher, Indi Go, Jet Lite and Go Air. In general, Indian domestic travel is a treat. there's lots of friendly help in the airports and planes are generally on time. What I would like to see changed is the luggage allowance for international travelers. My US carrier allow3 bag and up to 70 lbs. It would be helpful if the Indian airlines were a little more lenient.

I have to return to Saudi Arabia from Lucknow airport on 21st November by Saudi Airline SV 879. My experience with Go Air to reach my home state capital Lucknow is full of miseries and pain caused by poorest Go Air service and misbehavior of its staffer. Here I am complaining to you to claim and register my complain as well. 1. My luggage with PNR 9D9ONG/ SEQ: 11\8 went tagged to a different person. I immediately complain at Go Air Lucknow airport manager Mr. Nitin who promised me to recover my luggage next day. I was asked to collect my luggage next day which was not mine at all. I traveled from my home town Unnao to Lucknow every day to collect my luggage and called. Despite al

Flight Delays
- Oh, and if you want to avoid flight delays, always try and take an early morning flight.

Indigo
- As far as budget airlines are concerned, I've always found Indigo to be the most reliable. However, it's great how Kingfisher Red serves free snacks. Pleasing for a budget airline.
