Customs theives
- Everyone be careful while passing customs in arrivals. My jewellry was stolen in seconds from my handbag while going through security. It is pathetic that the airport talks about respecting passengers while employing scroungers as custom officers. So everyone check your bags then and there. Beware. Bunch of theives.

Airport shuttle to airport
- The Airport shuttle service may get cancelled without prior notice,for some time (although i suppose this happens very rarely),but still it is better to have a back-up form of transportation to the airport.

Rip Off
- The airport development fee at the hyderabad airport is a rip off. The Airport Authority of India is a pupper in the hands of the business enterprunners who run the hyderabad airport. Sucks to pay 1000rs more whenever you take an international flight. Democratic country in Capitalist hands. This is what the plight is. To walk in a nice airport, I pay 1000 rupees apart from the ticket+taxes and fees.

- The additional fee is unjustified for especially for Gulf bound international passenges as airport taxes and UDF forms 75% of the total air ticket cost. Many people from Telangan migrate to Gulf for livelihood. This would add additional hardships to their earnings. Therefore I request to waive off this fee to Gulf bound labourers and mainatain same UDF for other gulf bound passengers.

Best Airport in India
- I was very much late for the airport and thought i could miss the flight, but in no time i checked in my luggage and went through the security check. Things went on pretty fast hats off to the staff and crew.

EXCELLENT AIRPORT
- In the last year I have had four visits to Hyderabad Airport...they were all efficient and timely...the airport is comfortable and cheery to wait in...all the staff of the airport and airlines have been exemplary...and with the new flyover open the drive to town should be almost painless...congratulations!!!

- it is an amazing airport and deserves to be one of the best.it has so many facilities and is still developing ,it can be better than any airport ina few years gmr will convert shamshabad into an aerotopolis

Hyderabad Airport is fantastic
- Its great to travel through RGIA, Hyderabad. I remember I had claimed my baggage within 5 minutes of the arrival of my flight, which I had never experienced at a much busier airport like CSI Airport, Mumbai.
