Why User Developement fee ??????
- Increase in UDF is showing the inability of the govt only...Already the charges are so high and the facilities given in delhi airport is not worthy... Getting peoples money and enhancing air port facility can be done by a normal person also,ther is no need of govt here..then what is govt's responsibility????

- The new terminal is great. Shops are interesting. Book shop very good. Staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful.Food place on the ground floor is good. Upstairs service is poor at a few of the outlets. So you have to walk for a few minutes. That would be just like all other international airports e.g. Changi, KL etc. Ive been to this airport many times and its a vast improvement on the past. There are a lot of little carts with the drivers always available to drive those who cant walk to and from the gates. We get offered a ride every time we are at the airport but walk as we know we are going to be siting for hours in the plane. Only real negative is the immigration queues and attitude of the officers on duty. Most seem like its a hassle for them to process your passport. Thumbs Up to Terminal 3.
