Without a doubt, there are some bizarre things that go on in the world. India definitely has its share. Take for example, the Pushkar Camel Fair. For five days every year, 50,000 camels converge on the small desert town of Pushkar. They're dressed up, shaved, entered into beauty contests, paraded, raced, and traded. It's an amusing sight.

Ferne Arfin, About.com's Guide to United Kingdom Travel, has put together a very entertaining blog carnival of all the weird and wacky travel experiences around the world. If you're looking to do something a little offbeat on your next vacation, or are just after a funny read, make sure you check out her blog entry.
