IndiGo Airlines: India's Best Budget Airline

I went on a quick trip to Goa last weekend (but more about that later!), flying with IndiGo Airlines.
IndiGo is often referred to as India's best budget airline, and it was obvious why. I really couldn't fault IndiGo's service or the flight. Okay, okay, there were delays in departing both ways but this was to do with the common problem of runway congestion, rather than any fault of the airline.
The check-in process was smooth, staff were very friendly and courteous, the planes were clean and new, and my bags arrived safely. What really surprised me though was the amount of leg room on the plane. I'm quite tall and actually had space to spare.
If you're looking to fly with a budget airline, definitely give IndiGo a try!

As a frequent flyer with taking around 10-12 trips every year, I believe airlines are recognized by its customer friendly policies and staff. I believe Indigo is gravely lacking in meeting the standards which are far below as offered at international level. This airline needs to improve on ends other than in-flight experience.My experience with other low budget carriers around the world has been far better. In-flight experience and fares offered by this low-budget carrier looks competitive enough to attract that the customer. The policies this airline has for situations of cancellation and change of flight are not user friendly and could make a customer to drop its business with this company.
Thanks for your comment. True, the airfares are very restrictive and don’t easily allow for flight changes or cancellations.
